OKAY......if U have not yet heard of La.ROUx.......what is Ur problem? Get Ur $H*T 2gethr and get the album. 1 thing they (the band) need 2 do is work on sum shirts. ELLY! get Ur people 2 work on a shirt......I WANT 1! I guess they do not need the $$$. Well.....this is my 3rd show and now that the album is out and know the music bettr, I had 2 C them again. PLUS, they R good live. It is always great 2 C if that hair is gonna fall any time soon.....but, it doesn't. She (Elly) must put sum heavy duty $H*T on it. Right on. But now I want a shirt and once again, STRIKE. nothing. Why? who knows. Is IO.ECHO the only available LA band here? I C them openin up 4 almost all the bands that R gettin hype. Who knows on that 1. Once they left the stage.....La.ROUx was up next and they took awhile. I mean.....awhile. Until.....they made an announcement. I thought they where gonna cancel......BUT, no. She still came out and told us she was sick. And that the set was gonna B short. WHA? That was really cool of her 2 do that. But I suggest.....just lip sync the $H*T. So of course she wanted us 2 sing-a-long......flashback.....DM concert. Wha? iT's all good though. She was a good sport and played only 7 songs. She apologized alot 2 us and the smoke machine was makin it worse. They left the stage after "Bulletproof" and the curtain fell. Goodnite......? Oh well. It was great 2 C them again and I wood do it again. PLUS.....the crowd was bettr then last time. Even though after the bad news.....they did not care, they where here 2 have a good time and C the future of a new band. It was a Colourless Colour kind of fun. nice.

Is This......"Speak & Spell" part 2?

LA.ROUx self title album is out. I don’t like 2 compare bands or albums but if U listen very close, this sounds so much like the “Speak & Spell” album. I LOVE iT! Simple. Not glossy or over produced, just simple. Good job. If U R a fan of the 1st DM album, well.....this is 4 U. The whole album is......really good. Thank god. How long was this album on the works?...a year and a half?.....i think. Well.....the wait is over and they have done an amazing job on this album. There is not even 1 awful track.....well. J/K. it’s a MUST! so go and get it.

SOLD OUT! WOW! thats a good sign 4 La.ROUx. The last time i saw this band was sumwhere in March in NYCity or April.....i 4got but it was a good show, that people where singin almost evry song. that time, It was only Elly Jackson (lead singer) and Ben Langmaid on stage. The other member could not get in....sumthin about a Visa. But 2nite.....all 4! yea.....4 of them, now R here 2nite. iO.ECHO was the supporting act and they where okay....they had the crowd goin w/sum dance rock tunes. They did a cover of a Beatles song which was really good. After there set, I went 2 C if they where sellin any shirts and of course......NOT! I wanted a La.ROUx shirt.....come on guys.....thats where U make Ur $. Oh well. I went back 2 my spot and it started 2 get a bit packed. I looked around and the crowd was interestin. I had this guy in front of me w/long hair and a goatee as if he came 2 C TOOL. The girl on my right hand side looked as if she stepped out of a 1980's workout video w/a headband that has that twist.....SH*T! THEN!......the kid on my left was sportin a Keith Haring leather jacket that was just AWESUM! that made my day. I think he might of borrowed it from his Mom/Dad......I do not think it's new. I looked up 2 the stage an noticed they R (La.ROUx) getting towels and water. iO.ECHO did not get this special treatment.....sad...what? a electronic drumset.....how cool......we R in 4 the kill. La.ROUx hit the stage and she is still sportin that Flock of Seagulls hair-do and doin that chicken dance but in a cooler way. Awesum.
