U know how much I Love old town Pomona....so I am here 2 C PASSiON.PiT 4 the 1st time @the.Fox.Theater and I LOVE THIS PLACE! BUT....i notice.....no cameras allowed so U know I had 2 do my secret thing and sure enough....i was in w/my cameras....HAHAHHAHHAH. So I walked around this place and I LOVED iT! I think it's the same size a$ the.WiLTERN.....but....bettr. The sound was good and what a change 2 C people of color changin the stage instruments......No wonder Mr.Moz was here. Hum. I went 2 C what kind of shirts they where sellin and they only had 1 kind and it was not 4 me. I decided 2 pick my spot so I headed 2 the floor. DAM! the floor was in CAP. $H*T! so I had 2 stand by the rails. Now I know 2 get here sooner next time. The 2nd band went on.I guess this band has a huge followin. "Band.of.SKULLs" was the name of the band I was watchin and they where.....okay. She was a HUGE girl. she reminded me of a female version of Joey Ramone. not bad. The girl next 2 me was rockin out 2 this. ROCK ON. so.....off they went and WHAT iS UP w/the intermission musik? iT's the 90s in here. They R playin the FOO's and that " Black Hole Sun" song.....YUK! never really got in2 those bands. I guess i was not 2 hardcore 4 them. PASSiON.PiT went on and i was.....WTF?!?!......R U kidding me?!?! I was FCVKn BORED after the 2nd song and I wanted 2 leave but i was givin them a chance. I looked in2 the crowd and they where LOViN iT! Was I the only 1 who did not get the X B4 i came in? sorry, but they where not gettin me. He was borin me.....well....the whole band. I just wanted 2 hear my song and they sure played it. YES! okay.....GOODBYE!

U know how much I love cumin 2 the.ECHO. It brings back so many good memories. I use 2 come here evry Friday nite in 2002 when ELECTROCLA$H was a silly name and it was not goin anywhere but die. Well.......as U know.......the club died but the musik that was told that it will not gonna last has been proven wrong. ELECTROCLA$H is still around but under so many diff names. The musik press has been proven wrong or sum of us wood not B here 2 watch COLD.CAVE. Who new this band was from PHiLLY. I did not know. I thought they where from England until I did my background check on goggle. Goggle is so AWESUM. U can type anythin and sure enough U get sumthin. How the internet has grown. so yea.......I am here......soooooo.....EARLY. I thought the show or doors open @9:30p but my ticket say's 10p. $H*T! it was cool 2 hang outside 2 people watch and 2 hear there convo. The people in front of me was tryin 2 figure out the name of the band Tim Burgess was in (by the way, Tim Burgess is the guest DJ 4 2nite's show). I said it a couple of times under my breath but they did not hear or they just ignored me. They talked about PEACHEs show on how crazy it was. how Funny. The doors did open around 10:10p and the 1st band went on around 10:45p. Is it me or..........was the lead girl or singer complained alot about the equipment? I was not sure but if she was.....just play the FCVKn song or leave the stage. Her voice was annoyin. I do not want 2 hear U complain.....if it's not workin.....work around it and deal w/it later. But they SUCKEd either way. MayB that's why. Who knows. I looked in2 the crowd and alot of people R wearin black 2day. Is it 2 fit the mood 4 2nite's show......i wonder....hmm. So that AWFUL band went off and its already 11:30p. This is goin 2 B a long nite and Tim Burgess has not hit the wheels of steel yet. DAM. I kept lookin 2 C any1 @the DJ booth but no sign of him......yet. COLD.CAVE hit the stage and I moved up 2 get a closer look.So far so good. I was impress by them. BUT.....when did they add the 3rd person in the band? I thought it was only him and the girl.....hmmm. Not bad though. I like. I am so surprised that they (musik press) have not said anythin about the leads voice (Wesley Eisold). He sounds a bit like....( I hate this....but...) Ian Curtis. It's not bad or "oh my god! anothr band". I C sumthin here and they might do well. I am in. Tim.....U R takin 2 long....goodbye and farewell.

what a good way 2 start Thanksgiving weekend w/a good dance concert 2 burn sum calories. When I walked towards the.MAYAN, they where people outside askin 4 Xtra tix's. Who knew it was SOLD OUT......well......alright. I think it's goin 2 B a good nite. But 1st.......i need 2 walk through the the metal detectors. WOW.....they still have this here. Cum on already. Who is gonna bring a gun or a knife 2 this event? I guess U never know. I walked around 2 C if they where sellin shirts and sure enough.......NO. What is goin on here? Oh well. I headed 2 the floor and it was PACKED. I looked in2 the crowd and it was a mixed but also........very young. DAM!......people brought there raver lights w/them......ohhhhhhhhhhhh......$H*T! RAVE ON!HEEEEEEEREEEEE WE GOOOOOOOOOO! WHAT!?! same stage set-up? Cum on. we already seen this from the last tour. Talk about bein GREEN these days. They could of @ least had sum visuals instead of the same lights from the last tour. And the tower of their stuff was cut in half. okay. BUT.....othr then that.....they KiLLED iT once AGAiN! They played the Beth Ditto song ( "Cruel Intentions" ) w/out her of course. We knew she was not gonna B there but it could of been a good surprise. WAiT!......Did I C a person in the crowd wearin a laytex body suit?.......in silver?.?. WOW. okay. I knew it was gonna B a good nite. No drunks and people actually DANCED and 2 top the nite......they closed it w/ "I Believe". nice. The bass on that song shock the.MAYAN up and it felt so GOOD. AWESUM. now PLEASE.....get a diff set-up and I'll C U guys again.

iFCVKn loves this place......CASBAH! This place kicks A$$. BUT......it had a strange smell @1st but it went away quick.....thank god. I was about 2 say.....If any1 goes 2 SD (San Diego) U need 2 C a show here @CASBAH. iT's right next 2 LiTTLE.iTALY (which I LOVED!). The more I cum 2 SD, the more I LOVE iT! So far.....CASBAH is the place 2 C a show. And what a perfect band(s) 2 C them @. I really did not want 2 C the.XX @the.FONDA. This band is not ment (well.....not yet) 2 B C'n in a huge place. That's why I wanted 2 C them here. I think the cap is 77. Perfect. and small. Double perfect. I arrived early. I really did not want 2 miss the.XX. So when I arrived.....they where sellin shirts......AWESUM! bought an XX's shirt and the LP. I was so Xcited 2 C the.XX. Even though 1 of the member of the band left, they kept on goin. COOL.I walked in2 the main room and they had sum really good music playin but no 1 was dancin. I feel like i am in LA already. Cum on! The Dj was playin TiGA, FELiX, FEVER.RAY....I could keep goin but I'll stop there. it was not full yet and i went all they way up front. I heard this nite was SOLD OUT. AWESUM! it's goin 2 B a good nite. Its 9 sumthin and the 1st band went on. "Holly Miranda" was the name of the band.....not bad. I was enjoyin there sound. Just guitars. iT's good so go & download there stuff. Which I did....Wait!......is.....she wearin a ED.HARDY shirt? not so rock n' roll. the.XX hit the stage and they......KiLLED iT! AWESUM! Simple and the sound was perfect. They mentioned about the missin member Bcause they had a little problem w/ "Crystalised". They did okay w/out her (Baria Qureshi). I think she well not B missed. But other then that......I WANT 2 C THEM AGAiN! Rumor has it......they might B playin COACHELLA.2010. AWESUM! Can not wait. HEY! R they drinkin?......R they not under 21?......how funny. Rock on. after the.XX, i went outside and there goes.....Ed Macfarlane (lead singer of FRiENDLY.FiREs) passin by me 2 get ready 2 per4m. crazy. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I went back inside and the place was PACKED! It was hard 2 get up front so I just watched the show from the back and it was......ROCKiN. People where dancin and gettin down. They woke up. About time. But once again......FRiENDLY.FiREs KiLLED iT! it was also great 2 C them in a small place. And the energy of the band is still there. AHHHHHHH....."Skeleton Boy". nice.

I arrived just in time 2 miss IO.ECHO.....This band is evrywhere. Good 4 them. R they the only openin band they can get? I don't mind them but.....cum on. They R openin 2 almost evry band I go C lately. I wanna C a diff act. So yea.....I don't believe it was sold out. It was easy 2 get up in front. I looked around 2 C the type of crowd and it was mixed. But of course.....i was next 2 a couple of drunk people. Let's say....drunk geeks. They where funny but it came 2 a point.....ENOUGH! already. MayB they acted this way Bcause it could of been there 1st concert.....who knows. I left really quick 2 check if they had any shirts 4 sell and sure enough........no shirts. of course. They had FREE stickers......which i took a bunch of. I went back 2 my spot and the drunk geeks R still crackin jokes. nice. the.BiG.PiNK hit the stage and I was very impressed by them. I thought they where gonna B borin but they proved me wrong. Loved the female drummer they had. She was hittin those drums as if she hated them. and of course.....the drunk geeks had 2 say stuff 2 them in a fake English accent 2 them. I was glad that the lead singer (Robbie Furze) just ignored them. Which made them stop. Thank god.....I can enjoy the concert now.....WRONG! when they played "Velvet".....these 2 girls came out of nowhere and dumped me 2 the side. $H*T! So of course I do my crazy move and sure enough, they moved 2 the side. But once the song was over.....(which they talked through the song) they left. Was that song on a TV show Bcause they looked sooooooooo CW 2 me. U gotta love live concerts. With out these people......it wood B borin. So......the last song they played was "Dominos" and the drummer threw her set all over the stage aftr the song. PUNK ROCK LiVES!

WOW! Can Doug (lead singer) still move. How old is he? The more I kept lookin @him walkin around non-stop w/his sun glasses that where glued on him all nite, lookin a bit like Corey Feldman 2 me. This time around, they did not take off there shirts like sum1 in the crowd wanted. But this was anothr incredible show. They played the hits and includin sum new 1's that sounded good. Right on. This is what.....my 3rd time C'ing them and they have not disappoint me yet. But once again they changed the line up. The girl was gone and they got a new guy drummer but they still have YUMMY.......Bon Harris. He is still lookin good and loved his all black zuit suit wear he got goin on. FVCK! Of course he came down 2 join Doug 4 a song and did his dance. Nice. I looked in2 the crowd and it felt if I was back in late 80s early 90s. The crowd was dressed in ALL BLACK lookin as is we all came 2 a funeral. Loved it. What a flashback. People dancin and startin a.........pit? cum on U guys.....U R 2 old 4 that $H*T! put that $H*T 2 rest B4 U twist Ur knee. Also, I saw alot of male's and little bit of female's in here. Hum. The openin act SUXd A$$ big time. I 4got there name so thats a good thing. I went downstairs 2 checkout the shirts and.....WOW, they have a collection of nice 1's. But i kept myself from buyin 1. The lady was givin attitude. I guess she has not eatin 4 awhile. MayB that was the reason. I should of gave her my protein bar I had in my pocket. Who knows what was her trip but they lost $$$. Other then that, NiTZER.EBB KiLLED iT! and being w/ my friends (APRiLL, Martha, Tim & Dana) was the best thing of the nite. Just 2 watch them dance and have a smile was priceless. Love U guys. Let's C what Boy George is raving about....."the.DRUMs R a band 2 watch out 4" say's NME. So sure enough I went 2 there myspace page an added them and looked @there tour log. SpaceLand......on Monday......sure. Mondays R free so.......let's go and C what people R ravin about over seas. I knew 2 arrive early....thank god I did. Already a line but not as big when I saw EDiTORs here on a Monday. But once i got on line around 9.........10minutes later.......people where cumin in packs and the line was gettin bigger. AWESUM! Good sign so far. So Xcited 2 C this band, but sumtimes it can B dangers. Big hype, sumtimes......disappointments. It's 945p and they let us in and when i got close 2 the door......there was this guy tellin the doorman "I am on the.DRUMs guest list". I thought this was free. I guess. A list 4 a free concert....okay. so yea. The 1st band went on and it was.......not good. The drummer was the best thing 2 watch. He was all over the place with a huge smile......2 funny. I walked around 2 C what R they sellin. No shirts.....just the EP. Man. It started 2 get really crowded so I went back 2 the stage. 2minutes latr.....the.DRUMs hit the stage. No wonder (@1st) Boy George likes them.....pretty boys. They have females in the band.....? Oh......backup singers. Cool. Just 2 let U know......I have not heard any of there music yet.....but once they started w/the 1st song.....I WAS iN! AWESUM! Loved the crazy tambourin player (also plays the bass guitar). He was jumpin up in the air so high and hittin that thing all over the stage. I was waitin 4 him 2 hit the singer. NOW.......the singer was also great 2 watch. He had the dance of Morrissey mixed w/Ian Curtis. It was funny 2 watch but in a good way. LOVED iT! very surf pop music w/a modern twist......sumthin fresh w/backup singers......it was REALLY GOOD! I wood not mind 2 C them again. U wood think they where a European band but.....they R from Brooklyn.....of course. HELL YEA! I am in w/Boy George. Shirts......PEOPLE. next time i hope.
