DEPECHE.MODE.(LiVE!) @the.Hollywood.Bowl

Got my car serviced and pumped sum gas and ready 2 head off 2 SD (San Diego) 2 C DM (Depeche Mode). Left LA around 11am and WOW! already traffic. Did not arrive 2 SD until almost 2. NiCE. Drove around downtown and headed 2 Hillcrest 2 grab sumthin 2 eat. BAM! Got texted by friends tellin me that DM has canceled SD show......FCVK! oh well. @least i hungout here 4 a bit and visited my BF DEANNA (who I was gonna go with). I thought they canceled Bcause of low ticket sales but that was not the thing. Dave had surgery and he needed 2 rest. I heard that he was canceling alot of shows in Europe and now......here in SD. I hope he does not cancel in LA. I got a ticket 4 the Monday show and I heard that it has been a KiCK A** show and they played alot of old stuff......not 2 many from the new album.....so i was ready.....BUT....i was a bit mad about the canceled show in SD. so let's C. I am here @the.Hollywood.Bowl. Met up w/and old from from elementary skool and it was great 2 have seen her and her group of friends. Hello Paulina. We headed 2 the T-shirt both and FCVK! 40$ 4 a shirt...what the hell. How much more $$$ do they need.....it feels if I am @ a Madonna concert ( never been, so I guess). Got sum shirts and people watched 4 a bit and i heard PBJ (PETER.BjORN.and.JOHN). So i went 2 my seat and watched PBJ and U know what.....they sounded great outdoor. The new songs sounded great but they still need 2 work on there stage persona. Other then that, they where good. They went off stage around 8 sumthin.DM went on around 9.30p ( I think) and they opened up w/"In Chains"....why......Not a huge fan of this new song.........BUT! his voice was a bit rough and the sound was a bit weird 2 me. When I heard that DM was gonna B @the.Hollywood.Bowl, I was already.....NOPE! Outside 2 C DM.....this is a band that needs 2 B indoors but they did an AWESUM job @the.ROSE.BOWL. BUT! here.......it was BAD! His voice was not there and he had us do ALOT of sing-a-longs......WHA?! I paid 2 hear U sing and me....i know i know.....he had surgery...BUT COME ON! put a tape on and just lip service the thing.....i don't care......He should of canceled LA all 2gethr. He sounded AWFUL and the sound was BAD. Did not like the rework on the old songs. But the fans where loving it. @ this point.....i injoyed PBJ bettr. They sounded great compared 2 this mess. I have been 2 ALOT of DM shows and this is far REALLY BAD. I guess I walked in mad about the SD show beenin canceled but this was AWFUL. I was tryin 2 get in2 it but......it was not happenin. and what old songs......wow....."Fly On the Windscreen".....wow....i wanted OLD STUFF OLD. "Somebody".....please. Enough. Put that song 2 rest. Thank GOD they did not play "Just Can't Get Enough".......@least they put that 2 rest......and what? "Shake the Disease" was sung by Martin......cum on. This is not the Martin Gore solo concert......i wanna hear Dave sing this......OKAY okay okay......I should stop. DM rock's.......and they R important even though they do not get enough credit......BUT the visuals......AWESUM! the best thing of the nite. LOVED LOVED the visuals.Thats the cool thing about DM.....they work w/really good people 2 do there visuals. The best 1 4 me was the spacesuits.....GENIUS! well no "In SYMPATHY", 1 of my fav tracks from the album and they did not play it.....why? i have no idea......FCVKRs! but they closed it w/" Waitin for the Night". tell me about it......I'm waitin 4 this nite 2 end and it did...right on the 11 o'clock curfew @ the.Bowl.

WOW. I actually made it 2 C him spin 4 the 1st time. He was here......mayB.......2yrs ago. I 4got. But all i remember that he was spinning @ a warehouse (from what it looked like 2 me) somewhere in the Valley. When I got there......the parkin lot was empty so I took off. It looked like a bust. And now......it looks like they did a bettr job in promotin him here in LA this time around. I went by the.ROXY and there was no line. This was around 10p. I parked my car and when i came up 2 the.ROXY, there was a line......WOW, that was fast. We got in quick and people already started 2 dance. NiCE. iN FLAGRANTi hit the decks around 11p and he did a KiLLER set. He played a couple of his tunes from the 1st and new album, NiCE. He stopped closed 2 1am and the headliner DJ went on but he did not move me. Who is he anyway? I should of wrote it down. When i left.....around 1:15am......There was this girl outside who wanted my wristband 2 get in so I went ahead and gave it 2 her. WOW. I guess she wants her last 30min's 2 drink or dance or hit of blow......who knows but she wanted my wristband......really badly.

HARD @the.FORUM

I am on top of things.....This is so 2wks ago.....i think. @ 1st, i was not really in2 this but i gave in. I have not been @the.FORUM 4 a WHiLE! The last time i was here......I think it was......NiRVANA's or NIN w/David Bowie concert. I 4got which 1 was 1st......but that was the last time i was here. I arrived early so i could find parkin around the neighborhood BUT! it was all permit parking. What the hell is that about. When did it B-came permit parkin in this city? SH*T! So i decided 2 park in the parkin lot that cost 22$ 2 FCVKn park here BUT.......it was a good thing. I got 2 C all the KiDS! cumin 2 this place. WOW! crazy SH*T! I thought the rave scene has died BUT it is alive here. Kids wearin day-glo braclets up 2 the 4-arm.....what happen 2 just 1.....they had a dozen on both arms.....BACKPACKs! DAM! the last time i checked, we where in 2009......not 1992. I did C Mickey Mouse and Dora backpacks arrivin on the backs of 12yr old sumthin girls. Sum took off there shirts 2 show off there bikini tops. WOW! i guess they just got dropped off from there folks. I looked across from me and there where KiDs! in there car's......DRiNKiNG! SH*T! I was overwhelmed that I had 2 get out of my car and get in line. BAD iDEA! DAM!OK.....i arrived 2 this place around 8 thinkin it won't happen until 10 but i was WRONG! once i went 2wards the LONG A** LiNE 2 get in.......it.....was.....NUTS! There has 2 B anothr way in so i walked around the.FORUM and BANG! I saw a couple of kids havin trouble 2 get in so i went right Bhind them and went around there HUGE group and took out my ticket and gave it 2 the ticket agent. I AM IN! and let me tell U......it gets CRAZiER! I looked around and KiDs evrywhere......KiDs! SH*T! 2 funny. I hear the CRYSTAL.CASTLEs R on......so i rushed 2wards the floor. iT was a HUGE MESS 2 get down there. The hall-ways and aisles R CRAZY BANANAs 2 get around 2 the floor so I decided 2 go all the way around 2 the othr side and sure enough......it was less crazy. BUT! i was not allowed the the floor level, which my ticket said "GA". iT was only 4 ViP. WHAT! FCVK that. I went around that ticket agent and went all the way back and headed 2 the floor level. But i was stopped once again so i stayed by the rail and sat while the CRYSTAL.CASTLEs leave the stage. I looked around and people where climbin down 2 go on the ground floor.....I MEAN......ALOT! of kids where doin this......BUT! the music has stopped and the main lights where turned on. OH SH*T!YEAH.......sum guy went on stage and told the people 2 stop jumping down 2 the ground floor. Then.....he told us, that we need 2 sit down or the show won't happen. AND! that the Fire Marshals R here 2 C if this is all done. So people started 2 sit down and still no music. 1 hour passed. 2hrs passed. still no music. I new this was goin 2 get shut down and sure enough......around 12. it was SHUT DOWN! I guess it is 1992. :(

the.SOUNDs.(LiVE!)@the.KEY.CLUB.

SOLD.OUT! AWESUM! so glad that they decided 2 do a show while on tour w/NO.DOUBT on there own. That show's that they really care about there fans. Plus, they R so much fun 2 watch live. They always throw a AWESUM show evry time & they did it again 2nite. The new stuff on the album sounded great live. Maja's (lead singer) voice sounds so much like the album live and what great stage presence's she has. She knows how 2 work the stage and the fans. They all have great chemistry 2gthr.When i arrived 2 the KEY.CLUB, there was no huge line 2 get in but once i entered the venue, BAM! the place was PACKED! I got my wrist band and a stamp on it 2 go 2 the after party downstairs after the show. NiCE. Who knew. I worked myself in2 the crowd 2 get up front. I looked around and it was a clash of super young and late 30's (me). Of course I had 2 B next 2 a crazy drunk but he was happy and havin a good time......and......dancing. THEM.JEANs was the guest DJ and he was playin the latests jams from La.ROUx, TiGA, FEVER.RAY and EMPiRE.of.the.SUN. HELL YEA! but......not alot of people dancin.......stiff MTHRFCVKRs.....COME ON! he is playin sum cool SH*T. the.SOUNDs hit the stage and it was a FCVKN show. Maja and company rocked it OUT! She was kickin and dancin all over the stage and......dirty. Touchin and kissin here bandmates d*cks. Playin w/the mic in a sexual way.......nice. Bring the dirty back 2 Rock n' Roll, Maja.

I just read the review on this AWESUM concert that happened a week ago and they gave her a great review. Who evr wrote that review, we both had the same thing 2 talk about. But......we missed Dengue.Fever......DAM! I looked in2 the crowd and I saw; Drag Queens, Gays, Bi's, Lesbians, Str8's, Freaks, Artists and so on. This is goin 2 B a very interesting nite & it sure was. There was this guy goin up and down the stairs all around the bowl. He was wearin this red outfit w/A white fluffy lookin thing around his neck w/A black bike helmet on his head. Just smiling and wavin step by step.of.MONTREAL hit the stage and there was 2 much goin on. I like there music but watchin them live is ZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzz. They R tryin 2 hard and they had 2 many people on stage and props. I need 2 get a drink Bcause watchin that mess made me wanna have a drink. NEXT!of.Montreal went off stage (Thank God) and Henry.Rollins came out 2 introduce Mrs.Grace.Jones.......and plug.....KCRW. Now the time has come and she came on stage draped over this huge silver curtain and revelled herself after the song. She was dressed like a white trogan/tiger lookin amazon lady. AWESUM! WOW! This is goin 2 B the SH*T!She did 6 different costume changes and evry1 of them where amazing. She is on top of her game. And that amazing video that she displayed was AWESUM! This is the 2nd best concert that I have seen so far this year. She is just giving us R $$$. She is what?.......60?......CRAZY! WOW! She was playin songs from her new album and the classics. BUT! she was runnin out of time and she closed it w/her classic 70s song "Pull Up 2 The Bumper". There was no time 4 "Warm Leatherette"......DAM!......but U know what, it was okay.....Bcause......she is Grace.Jones.
